Where We Come From
CP Process grew out of years spent inside manufacturing plants, industrial operations, and high-pressure project environments. Over time, one pattern became clear:
teams were working hard, machines were capable, and yet inefficiencies kept resurfacing.
The issue wasn’t effort.
It was process.
